Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate street address.

Delivery Issues

Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will typically be returned to our facility. We will contact you to resolve the issue, but additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with other household members or neighbors.
